Black Gold Festival ~ September 15-18, 2005

At Hazard's annual fall festival, the Housing Development Alliance had an outreach booth with information about our programs and services in front of the Hazard Post Office. On Saturday, September 17, staff and friends rode in the Black Gold Parade and tossed Mardi Gras beads to the crowds!
