The Housing Development Alliance Board of Directors meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:00 pm. Our meetings are held at the Hazard Community and Technical College. The Board meetings are open to the public and we encourage input from our community. Please call the Housing Development Alliance in advance to confirm meeting room numbers and dates.

Kentucky Housing Corporation, the state’s housing finance agency, named the Housing Development Alliance as the winner of the 2007 Spirit of Unity Nonprofit Housing Organization award. Each year, Kentucky Housing Corporation honors builders, lenders, real estate professionals, nonprofit organizations, and other housing programs for outstanding service in the affordable housing industry across the Commonwealth.
Kentucky Housing Corporation emphasized many of the Housing Development Alliance’s accomplishments at the Conference. “The awards presented today honor service,” noted Ben Cook, Kentucky Housing Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our deepest appreciation goes to all of our partners that work every day to provide affordable housing in Kentucky.”
