In honor of the 100th new home, the Housing Development Alliance threw a party that raised the roof... literally! “As we reach our 100th new home, we know of no better way to celebrate than by inviting the community out for the house raising of our 100th home,” states Scott McReynolds, Executive Director. “With this house raising, we acknowledge the community’s role in making our 100th new home possible,” McReynolds continues.

After the Community House Raising, the Housing Development Alliance’s carpenters finished the home. The Housing Development Alliance hosted Ribbon Cutting & Open House upon the home’s completion on June 13th.
