Internet Privacy Policy The Housing Development Alliance (HDA) is committed to protecting personal information you provide online. HDA upholds the following privacy policy to protect your personal information. Personal Information We Collect The only personal information HDA collects is the information you provide with an online donation or online Volunteer Application. HDA does not collect any identifiable information about visitors who do not provide their personal information with an online donation or online Volunteer Application. The personal information you provide when making an online donation includes your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, and the amount of your donation. Though you may provide a credit card number or bank account and routing number when making an online donation, HDA does not have access to that information and under no circumstance would collect that information. The personal information you provide by making an online donation is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation. The personal information you provide when submitting an online Volunteer Application includes similar contact information, including your name, postal and e-mail address and telephone number, along with other information, including but not limited to previous mission/construction experience, group size, and the dates you are available to volunteer. The personal information you provide with an online Volunteer Application is used to arrange a volunteer project. We may also send promotional mailings to visitors who have provided their personal information. Release of Personal Information to Third Parties HDA does not rent or sell personal information you provide online to outside parties. Unless otherwise requested, donor names are listed in HDA publications, including our newsletter and Annual Report. Donors who do not want to be published in these lists should contact Kelly Sizemore, Volunteer and Community Coordinator, at (606) 436-0497 or kelly@housingdevelopmentalliance.org. Security Measures Personal information is stored on a secure server and accessible only to designated staff. Under no circumstance would any person or organization other than the designated staff of HDA have access to records with your personal information. |
