Volunteer Forms & Resources To participate in local volunteer events, local volunteers may submit the Volunteer Application and Info & Consent Forms. Non-local volunteers need to submit the Volunteer Application, read the Volunteer Guide and Expectations for All Adults, and distribute the Recommended Packing List, Info & Consent Forms and Worksite Rules to each member of your group. The Volunteer Coordinator will collect signed copies of the Info & Consent Forms and the Worksite Rules from each member of your group upon your arrival. Refer to the House Raising Challenge brochure for more information on this premium volunteer experience. Local and non-local volunteers need to note their interest in this opportunity on the Volunteer Application to sign up.

They began working with the Housing Development Alliance in February 2005, and by November, they had moved in. While Lisa takes care of their young children during the day, Don splits his time between being a Perry County Sheriff’s Deputy and doing maintenance at Hazard Perry County Community Ministries.
