Housing Development Alliance

Building Homes, Building Communities

Home is more important now than ever. Help us bring affordable housing to 100 East Kentucky families this year!

Help. Hope. Home.
You've come to the right door.

We use the power of housing to transform lives and build a brighter future for our communities. Our programs have helped more than 2,500 people in rural southeastern Kentucky become new homeowners, make home-saving repairs, break free of debt, and find quality, affordable rental homes.

As a nonprofit, HDA depends upon donors, funders, and supporters to make our work possible. Become a friend of HDA today and provide a better home for 100 Eastern Kentucky families this year!

Support HDA

We believe a good home is a basic human right. Our affordable housing programs offer new homes, home repair, and homes for rent for qualifying applicants. The journey to a brighter future begins here.
